Yep, Jay Leno Sucks.

Last night, L’enfant terrible Kanye West appeared on NBC’s Jay Leno Show as the musical guest, but in light of his public tantrum, he agreed to sit down with Jay for a few questions.

Of course, Leno tossed him some softballs. And Kanye came off looking  like the self-pitying crybaby man-child he is. When asked how things were going, Kanye said:

“Yeah, it’s been extremely difficult, just dealing with the fact that I hurt someone or took anything away, you know, from a talented artist or from anyone, because I only wanted to help people.”

What a sweetheart. He only wants to help people. Great guy he is. And the question “What would your mother think?” appeared to be a pre-arranged set-up by Leno for Kanye to blame his behavior on the death of his mother.

Check out the video here:

Some questions Jay forgot to ask:

  • Did you really think that Beyonce’s Single Ladies (Put a Ring on it) was the best video of all time?
  • Follow-up to above question, assuming Kanye answers “yes”: Are you retarded?
  • Have you ever considered putting a nipple on your bottle of Henny so you don’t spill? Or use a sippy cup?
  • Do you like fishsticks?

Anyhow Kanye is going to take some time off. Hopefully he will use this time to mature and learn to sing so he doesn’t have to use auto-tune on his next album.

Kanye Apologizes to Taylor Swift… Twice!

Posted in Entertainment, Music with tags , , , , , , , on September 14, 2009 by Ro

Last night, Kanye posted an apology to Taylor Swift on his blog, Kanye Universe City,  which was promptly removed (perhaps until he could sober up). But MTV was able to capture and post a screenshot before the evidence was tampered with:

This morning, Kanye’s site was down for “maintenence”. Now the site is back up and a new apology has been issued:

But will his fans be forgiving? Fellow rappers, producers, wrestlers, everyone seems to have an opinion on his antics and none of them are positive. I can’t decide which is worse… bullying an 18 year-old girl or releasing an album with auto-tuned vocals. He’s done both. Double whammy.

This Could Explain Kanye’s Behavior

Kanye West showed up at the VMA’s with a bottle of Henny in one hand, and Amber Rose in the other. He was intoxicated with alcohol and eu de skank.

Where’s Beyonce?

On Letterman last night, Diddy tells the story of the time Michael Jackson appeared uninvited to one of his parties.

Mike was smooth, Jack.

Howard Stern Was Duped By Beyonce Board-Mix

Yesterday I posted a blog about an ear-shattering board-mix of Beyonce singing “If I Were a Boy” that was played by Howard Stern on his radio show.

Today, eNewsOnline stated that it was all a hoax… Beyonce was not the vocally-challenged singer, and Howard Stern was duped.

Either way, it’s still funny.

Howl at the Moon, Beyonce.

Yesterday Howard Stern played the board mix from Beyonce’s 2008 “Today Show” appearance, and it ain’t pretty.  Listen to her screeching and cackling. It’s almost as unbearable as listening to Robin Quivers speak on “The Howard Stern Show”.

For those who don’t know, often during live appearances, a flawless, pre-recorded track will be played for the audience while the singer sings along  on a muted mic that feeds directly into the sound board. The feed that is captured in the sound board and referred to as the “board mix”.

Oh and papa Knowles is not amused. But I’m amused, and that’s all that counts, really.
